By downloading or using Markory ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Markory grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. Your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Memories, photos, text, and posters you create ("Your Content") belong to you and are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups. Markory does not access, collect, or store Your Content on any server.
Don't use the App for unlawful purposes, and don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App except to the extent permitted by law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Because Your Content is stored only on your device, please keep your own backups.
The App and these Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
