Pannier — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Pannier (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Parham Karbasi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own.

3. Free App

Pannier is a free application. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

4. Local-Only Operation

All link storage and processing in Pannier is performed entirely on your Mac. No URLs, page metadata, or any other personal data are transmitted to external servers by the App.

5. Auto-Expiry

Pannier deletes saved links after a user-configurable timeout (default 7 days, as short as 12 hours). The App is designed for temporary storage. Always export anything you need to keep long-term to another tool.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to extract the App’s source code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App is the property of Parham Karbasi. Your saved links remain entirely yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parham Karbasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
