Corvo — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Corvo (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Parham Karbasi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own.

3. Premium Subscription

Corvo offers an optional auto-renewable premium subscription:

  • Monthly plan: billed monthly to your Apple ID
  • Annual plan: billed annually to your Apple ID

Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then.

Free trials (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. On-Device Processing

All text summarization in Corvo is performed entirely on your device using Apple’s FoundationModels framework. No text, documents, or personal data are transmitted to external servers by the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to extract the App’s source code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App is the property of Parham Karbasi. Your summaries and imported text remain entirely yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries may not be perfectly accurate. Always verify important information from the original source.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parham Karbasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
